CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Courtesy Policy We value your time and ours, and each appointment is carefully reserved to provide a personalized, unrushed experience. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to accommodate the remaining time, or your appointment may be forfeited entirely. While we understand that unexpected delays can happen, arrival times beyond the stated grace period may impact our ability to complete your service in full. If your appointment cannot be completed, a 50% charge of the scheduled service total will be applied to the card on file. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 90% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. ⸻ By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and authorize charges to the card on file when applicable.
